Note I live upstairs with my two older kids; there is not an insulated ceiling so you may occasionally hear us when we're home. The HVAC is also located in the basement, hence the budget price for this prime spot! Private-access to a basic basement studio apartment with a full bathroom, new queen bed, comfy pullout couch, and single futon. Living area includes a Roku TV, air hockey table, and desk. Kitchenette (no stove) with full sized fridge, table + 4 chairs, sink, microwave, toaster oven, water boiler, french press coffee maker, hot plate, and more. Coffee, selection of teas, and instant oatmeal are available. We have tried to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, but please note that our family lives upstairs. You may hear us when we're home, as there is mostly no insulation between the levels (yet!). The HVAC is also located in the basement and you will hear it running (more so at certain times of the year than others!). So if you are looking for silence this is not your place. But if a little background noise is not a problem, consider this super convenient location for your stay in Cville! We have provided a white noise machine and earplugs for your comfort. We ask that you not host gatherings on site. The only guests allowed in the B&B are those that are on the listing, unless authorized by me. Two cars maximum.
