Had a great stay - apartment was pristine and well decorated and had character, was in a super convenient and lovely neighborhood, and our host was accommodating and helpful but also completely unobtrusive - the unit really is separated and to yourself. I would stay again!

Location was close to downtown mall area and local farmers market. Short drive to John Paul Jones Arena/UVA campus. Place was very neat and welcoming.

I’ve stayed in multiple Charlottesville Airbnbs at this point, and this one really stands out in terms of vibes and convenience. The price was excellent for the space we had access to. I loved the decor and all the little touches—the cascading pothos plant, the colorful mugs, the framed photography. I even had access to a full ironing board when I found myself in a pinch! The Downtown Mall is just a short walk away, and street parking was easy. My only regret is that my friend and I didn’t have more time to hang out in the Airbnb itself and enjoy the sitting room and half kitchen. Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and I will definitely be checking to see if it’s available the next time I need a Blue Ridge retreat. Thank you!

A lovely home to stay in! A clean, welcoming environment. It was super easy to find and street parking was very accessible and convenient. The house has so much charm throughout. Jason is a thoughtful host and very helpful!

Perfectly located for walking Cville. Appreciated the room darkening blinds and sound machine. Well stocked keurig pods. Enjoyed beverages on the front patio, surrounded by a nicely kept garden. Def recommend.
