We were lucky enough to get to see the eclipse from this house - perfect if you’re looking for a northeast kingdom getaway. Also, go to Ray’s in Irasburg - everything they have is good eating.

We enjoyed our stay and worked with host to add a night thanks to the winter storm that blew through making for a great extra ski day. Everything was great for us. Guests should keep in mind this is a very old farmhouse so there a quirks you need to prepare for - such as limited outlets in the bedrooms, uneven floors and bugs coming out as you heat the place up. Again we were happy with everything, just things folks should be prepared for.

House was exactly what was advertised. Clean and comfortable. Nathan was very good with check-in and and other instructions. Great location for our group to access Jay Peak.

The house was as expected. Rustic but clean and ready for our stay. It was everything we expected and close enough to the Jay Peak.

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for! The house was extremely cozy and had everything we needed. Host Nathan was very helpful and kind and we would love to stay again if we make it up that way!
