Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. I live here with my dog Boone who is the sweetest well behaved pup. Only 10 minutes from Universal Studios! This is walking distance to famous Portos restaurant and my front yard faces the lovely Chandler bike path. Very convenient and 10 min to WB or Disney Studios. This has a shared bathroom with just one other room. My kitchen is not an amenity but of course you can use it as you may need. Im pretty chill and keep things very tidy. NO THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS. If the person that arrives is not the person who made this reservation I’m charging $50! No exceptions. No children under the age of 8. I host multiple guests and noise limitations and children’s safety my home is not accommodating for. No smoking or storage of weed inside at all. No extra guests. Breaking house rules of any of these is minimal $100 fine.

I appreciated Vache’s quick replies to my questions. I had multiple flight delays, but my late arrival was not a problem. Check in was easy, and the room was as shown. Everything was neat and clean. Vache’s home felt peaceful and safe. He’s very approachable, and we had a nice chat one morning. I met Boone, Vache’s dog. Boone was calm, well-behaved & friendly. Overall, it I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay for a shortweekend in Burbank. Cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood
Vache was very kind and responsive. His dog was adorable and sweet. It was so fun to be greeted by him as I entered! The bed was so comfy and I liked the decor of the room a lot.

Vache’s place is perfect if you are visiting Universal Studios. The location is really convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend Vache’s place.
