Great location close to everything ! Very comfortable - we have stayed at several airbnb homes / apartments in Ann Arbor over the last few years and this was our favorite !! Wish we would have found it sooner !

I loved staying here. This place was clean and comfortable. Recently renovated with all new kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything in Ann Arbor. Comfortable couch, beds and linens. Plenty of space. Will definitely stay again.
This rental is wonderful. It is spacious and the remodel on the unit is beautiful. It is modern, extremely clean, and has everything you will need. Huge kitchen, nice dining space that could be used for working. All the little details and amenities make it a step above most AirBnBs. Thank you 4M.

Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is the Venue Market & Cafe, Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. For a quick & delicious coffee fix, Venue also has a Market & Cafe in the same building!
We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. Guests can also take advantage of the FREE May Mobility shuttle to get around town. There is a May Mobility shuttle stop right near Henry St./Industrial/Stadium and at the Venue by 4M Restaurant & Bar
