Upon arriving we were happy to hear there was on site valet parking. We were told it would cost us 55 dollars per night. 110 for the security was something we were willing to pay. Upon check out we noticed our parking bill was 70 more dollars than the 110 we were told. The stay was fine but the hidden fees left us feeling lied to. Safe to say we won't be staying here again which is sad as we travel to Seattle a lot and the location was great.

Hotel room is tiny but clean, trendy, and has everything you need. I wish it were more clear that you have to pay a $55 fee upon arrival in addition to the room and fees already paid, and the deposit.

I love Hotel Max, I stayed twice there during my journey in the US. The location is excellent (downtown Seattle) and the members of staff are very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Hotel Max to anyone who wants to stay in Seattle for a couple of nights.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are quite small and ours was quite dark too, but besides, it has everything you need for a 1-2 day stay :)
