Comfortable for 6/7 guests. We are in Via Valle n. 122, almost on the ground floor. There are 5 steps to go into the house. It is a few steps from the sea and in the center. The balcony has good sun exposure to enjoy and relax with a good tea and maybe a good book. The location of the house is fantastic and a few meters away is the La Lanterna bathhouse included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Entering the house we find a hallway that connects the living room, kitchen and sleeping area with bathroom. The two bedrooms are both equipped with a king size double bed and one of the two houses an additional single bed. Both have large wardrobes and a console with mirror. At home there is a play area for children. The rooms are very large and a cot can easily be placed. Between the two bedrooms we find the bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower curtain and complete with every other accessory including the washing machine. A short distance away is the living room with double sofa bed, LCD TV, table and various types of furniture. The living room leads to the balcony and terrace. For the hottest hours it is possible to open the curtains and obtain a pleasant shade. The kitchen, on the left side of the hallway, large and comfortable, also includes a dining table. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. The kitchen leads to the adjacent balcony. The house is very cool and free air conditioning is available on the hottest days of summer. They are not necessary but the house has fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Perfect accommodations and location for our family of four. Walking distance to beach and restaurants
L'appartement était très bien. À proximité de tout, plage, restaurants, épicerie, centre historique. Le tour de bateau inclut est magnifique. Le transat inclus sont super. Les recommandations de restaurants sont excellents. Les seuls points d'améliorations: - Eau chaude limite pour une famille de 4 qui revient de la plage; - Papier de toilette et savon à vaisselle n'étaient pas inclut. Ce sont des points mineurs. Nous recommandons cet emplacements à tous!

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic towns of the province of Latina that offers much to its guests.
The town has preserved its picuresque structure due to the successful efforts of native people in defending their land against constant raids of pirates.
Apart of the clean and limpid sea certified by the sign of the Blue Flag and a good beach that will like both children and their parents, Sperlonga is characterized by an interesting historical centre with typical narrow medieval streets, for years occupied by craftsmen and various shops.
The central square (La Piazzetta) is a traditional meeting place, from which all evening walkings usually start, then proceeded by sipping good wine in a nice company in one of the local bars.
A few steps further there is beautiful walking area called Belvedere, so be careful, because its very easy to fall in love with this town forever.
At a distance of 1 km there is Sperlonga’s National Archaeological Museum of the Tiberius Grotto (Museo Archeologico Nazionale della Grotta di Tiberio), where are exposed unique marble fragments excavated from the near Villa of Tiberius in the 1960s.
Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his free time in his residences of Capri and Sperlonga.
The Tower Truglia is also splendid and permanently dominates the port of Sperlonga.
