Wow, I just had the most beautiful stay at Melvin's place! It was spotless, and the bed was comfortable, cozy, and private. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and proper at home. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - it was close to Ana Maria Island and the swimming horse tour that I had booked. I'm already looking forward to the next time I can stay there!

what a wonderful surprise to find this VRBO better than the pictures posted. Very Clean, had everything we needed. Location was great to access Ann Marie Island. The price was great. Tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows perfectly comfortable. The only issue was, I missed my favorite show. TV set up is difficult to operate to find certain CBS programing. However we would definitely use this home again.

5 stars! Beautiful neighborhood, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, and a friendly host. I respect Melvin’s hustle. The Airbnb is connected to the right side of his house with a separate door to access the space. I recommend staying at his place if you're a solo guest.

Melvin was great to work with. He always responded promptly. His guest unit is spacious, nicely updated and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Location convenient to everything. The only reasons I rated it 4 rather than 5 were because supplies such as paper plates, salt/pepper, kleenex, etc. were very limited plus we could often hear his family through the walls so I'm guessing they could hear us as well, although we tried to be as quiet as we could. The wifi network was changed without notifying us (had to be changed twice so was a bit frustrating). But overall it was a very pleasant stay.
