The greenhouse is on an auto-water system, so you don't have to worry about the care of the plants while there... just enjoy the benefits! The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need, including microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, all utensils for cooking/eating, pots/pans, dishes, cooking oils, spices, etc.. This home is a home that is lived in by the owners a good portion of the year, not just set up with the minimum needs for AirBnB stays, so it boasts many "extras" in the kitchen! Dining areas are plentiful, including a lovely table that seats 4 and opens into the living room area; the attached enclosed patio with a romantic table for two and ambiance lighting; or the picnic table on the outdoor patio. There are no nearby neighbors and the house sits far enough from the highway that you don't even hear any vehicles, which makes this home and space absolutely exquisite and private. Paths lead from behind the home to the lower portion of the property boasting lovely meadows and a private path up a draw into the Gila National Forest and Wilderness.
