The location of the Sleep Inn Group was perfect situated a few steps from Lancaster Castle, some great restaurants, and an easy 6 mins walk to the Train station. The room was spotless, clean, and modern with a fresh cosy feel. The bed was super comfy, and it was a warm welcome from the pouring rain to come into a warmly lit room. However it was pretty a cold studio, and the heating took a long while to warm the room. However this is just a very small thing, compared to the room. While my stay was great, location wonderful, room couldn't be faulted there was one small downside. I had very little sleep, which is not the Sleep Inn Group fault. Workmen started building at 10:30pm through till midnight with pneumatic drills, and power saws. The location means lots of heavy lorries passing, and the 2am turn out of glass bottles from restaurants and bars. As I said no fault of the venue, just one of those things of being central. Really lovely stay, and wonderful place.
