had a great and serene time! definitely a good pick if you want to be 10 minutes outside of the city of Santa Cruz and still be in nature

There are old refrigerator units and other clutter located outside of the front entrance of the home. The apartment was also cluttered, which adjoining door to room gave off a horror movie vibe. Didn't help that said door is underneath the bed you're sleeping in and isn't securable from renter's side. Front entrance could use a deadbolt for additional security. Ultimately, didn't feel safe enough to stay and failed to ask the important questions ahead of time. Your safety may not be AirBnBs priority, so make sure it's yours. Oh there, isn't a return policy for your safety. This should change.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary. It was a really nice view, absolutely beautiful surroundings and it was close to Santa Cruz, which was nice. However there were a few things about it that we didn’t really like and made us slightly uncomfortable. The actual loft itself is attached to another room(s) that we didn’t have access to, and that’s not the problem, the problem was that there were two doors that both locked from the other side that led into our space. Just knowing that we had no way of making sure they were latched shut by a secondary lock on our side was unsettling. Something I also didn’t see mentioned is that there are people staying in that other part of building, we could hear them moving around and sometimes playing music. No one bothered us, and it was a cozy space. It felt musty like no one had been keeping up the dusting or mopping the floors. Overall just be mindful that it’s not as secluded as the pictures lead you to believe.

The space was well equipped with anything I needed and I was very comfortable.

Nice place to relax. For my liking a bit too much clutter and private stuff in the apartment. Very nice kitchen with everything you need.
