A peaceful, serene, modern rustic house. Perfect, relaxing getaway, private back deck , nestled among the oaks, redwoods, and rolling hills . Around the corner from 1440 Multiversity, next to Glenwood Preserve, in beautiful Scotts Valley, CA. Treescape Home, is 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, microbrewery, and more. Treescape Home, is a mile from Highway 17, 8 miles to Santa Cruz, 10 miles to Natural Bridges State Beach, and 15 miles to Silicon Valley. Treescape house, located in beautiful, Bethany Park Neighborhood, Scotts Valley. We’re hillside neighborhood, across the street from Glenwood Preserve, (great, family friendly, hiking trails ), and around the corner from 1440 Multiversity. Treescape house is an private, upper level, one story, two bedroom, one bath house . Laundry room is the only shared space, two washers, two dryers, all laundry supplies provided, we’re always happy to provide particular laundry brand, for our guests during their stay, we’ll pick up, at no additional charge . Laundry room is located outside main house, downstairs , at the lower, 2nd level. Our property has an additional, one bedroom /bath, beautiful private Treescape guest suite, that can be found on Airbnb , & completely separate, from the main upper level house. Treescape house has one dedicated parking spot, right next to the private main front door entrance. Our Treescape house guests, get to enjoy, the upper house private deck , views of beautiful native trees, valley hillside, and bird watching galore. (The hummingbirds are entertaining, and little characters).

Lara was great! She was there when we arrived . When we had a question, we reached Lara right away and got an answer. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Very highly recommended.
This is a beautiful place, very welcoming and gorgeous back balcony views. We absolutely loved it! Lara is a spectacular host, she is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Loved everything about Lara’s place. It was easy to find, easy instructions, clean, exactly as you would expect from the photos and the beds were very comfortable! I have hip issues so I’m always afraid the beds will be too firm causing pain for me on my vacations but that was not the case! If anything I felt better than in my own bed. They’re firm but also soft which I personally need softer beds. Anyone I think would be fine with the beds at this location :) Anyway! The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need and the patio seating is peaceful and beautiful. Bathroom was nice too. Seriously the best place and we would definitely seek this place out if we need a place in the area again. Highly highly recommend 12/10!!
We had such a great time staying in Lara’s home! She was very communicative with us, and gave us some great recommendations for activities during our stay. The home was very clean and organized.
Loved the treetop views from the main windows! We also really appreciated the large stove; the house has everything we needed for simple cooking and coffee in the mornings. Conveniently located with access to Santa Cruz and Big Basin. Lara was very responsive and helpful with questions.

Our guests have one dedicated parking spot on main driveway , there’s additional over flow parking on street (please ask host about additional parking before booking ) our neighborhood is upper hillside, no sidewalks, yet~ safe , & super family friendly.
