We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside. The Annexe is on one level with a single step into the property. It has underfloor heating throughout and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with a vaulted ceiling which is light and airy and has views over the garden. The bedroom has a double bed with a king-sized duvet and bedding by the White Company. Off the bedroom is an ensuite shower room with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Accessed from a side entrance you enter the kitchen which has a cooker with induction hob, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine and large fridge freezer. We have provided enough equipment so that you can cook proper meals if you wish. The dining/living is accessed from the kitchen. The lounge has a two-seater sofa and a vintage Ercol armchair. There is a television, or books to read or traditional games if you prefer. From the dining/living area there are double doors to the patio where there is a choice of seating areas, one on the courtyard and one south facing over-looking the nature pond and the wider garden which is private to the owners. For visits to the beach or picnics out we have two beach chairs, two beach towels, a picnic rug and plate set and a range of Tupperware that are yours to use during your stay. In front of the Annexe there is a dedicated parking space, in the private gravel driveway. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack. This is so that you have something to eat and drink straight away after your journey and something for your breakfast the next morning: • 2 pints of milk (or a non-dairy alternative) • A loaf of bread from our local bakery. • A pack of Norfolk butter • Tiptree jams • 2 individual portions of Dorset Cereals muesli • Tea, Lavazza Coffee and Hot Chocolate • Individually wrapped biscuits • If our free range chickens are laying you might even get some fresh eggs. We hope that we’ve created a space where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the best that Aylsham has to offer. Unfortunately we cannot accept children or infants because we have an open pond and no child safety measures.
