Modern newly renovated unit is a cozy relaxing space. Our home is located in an historic area of the Bahamas and is warm and cozy providing that home away from home for our guest. Colourful and comfortable giving it the real island feeling and flavour. The apartment is a wonderful and private space that is perfect for anyone looking to Live Local. Experience the people, our neighbors and culture. The space is furnished with calming Island decor, 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinets and granite countertops. WOW!!! Just WOW! I’ll do my best to express how amazing the experience was with Megan’s home. From before I even booked Megan was very responsive, helpful, friendly. She went above and beyond to give us as much information as possible and make our trip as easy and comfortable as could be! The airport pick up was excellent, our driver had a ton of knowledge to share & the rental car is CLUTCH!!! What a DEAL!! The house was perfectly clean, the beds were like CLOUDS!! So comfortable!!! The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but still plenty close to the hot spots and fun activities. Also, we felt perfectly safe while on our trip, the local beaches were full of friendly people, we left our things on the beach while we swam and I felt completely safe to do so!! What a wonderful experience, we will be booking with Megan anytime we visit Nassau in the future! Truly a SUPER HOST! Thank you Megan!!
Megan was a great host! Place was very clean and car rental allowed us to explore the island. Location is a very short drive to downtown and even closer to the Fish Fry. We had a great time and would definitely stay with Megan again when visiting the Bahamas.

Complimentary Car Rental is provided to all renters who are 25 or older with a valid driver's license and booking must be made more than 10 days in advance please message us if you are planning to book last minute and you would like the car! Deposit required and Insurance is sold separately! Basic Liability Package is $35 per day or you can provide your own insurance once it meets the rental company's the liability, collision and comprehensive requirements.
AC not needed between months of November to April but available upon request. Between months of May and November I would recommend AC usage. AC surcharge fee is $20 per day for both AC units.

Option 3: You can provide your own rental car insurance coverage. The minimum coverage for third party is $250,000, comprehensive $100,000 and collision $100,000. We have to have a copy of the policy showing that you are covered and that the coverage would also be valid in the Bahamas. In the event of an accident your insurance kicks in and takes care of all damages. There are no additional charges and the damage deposit is refundable.
