Ideal for two children if using both beds. Can be used as a single bed as well. This bedroom is attached to the King Bedroom. You must go through the King Bedroom to access the third bedroom with the trundle beds. Direct access to full bathroom from this room. There is a door to close off this bedroom. *BATHROOM 1 Full bathroom with heated floors, shower, shower wand, shower bench and a perfect window to take in the mountain views. This is the bathroom attached to the King & Trundle bedroom. *BATHROOM 2 Full bathroom with shower and tub. Located off the kitchen area. *LIVING AREA New Serta Sleeper Sofa. Two additional comfortable side chairs. 45" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney, Apple, Prime, Discovery, etc. *KITCHEN Enjoy a coffee or espresso at the coffee bar. Electric stove, oven and convection oven/microwave. Farmhouse sink with large sliding window to take in the fresh mountain air. The door from the kitchen opens up to the back deck. Kitchen bar seating for two along with a kitchen table with seating for four. *BACK DECK Brand new back deck with large patio couch and a table and umbrella with seating for 5. Enjoy the views! *FRONT PATIO Covered front patio with seating for two. **SIDE COTTAGE is off limits to guests.**

Great property. Amazing host.
John and Danielle were amazing hosts. Their attention to detail and responsiveness was second to none. Upon arrival we found fresh flowers, dog biscuits for our (always) hungry pups and a smore kit ready to go. It was a perfect weekend retreat with our Hokie. Highly recommend!
John’s place was a home away from home!! Our family and pups settled right in. The house was exactly as pictured and the fenced in yard was a big plus for our active dogs. Perfect distance from VT for a quick visit…we will definitely be back!!
Fantastic place to stay! Such an awesome vibe and the grounds and house are maintained super well. The host John also communicated all needed information flawlessly.
The furnace was loud and woke us up multiple times each night. It also smelled as if it was burning against something everytime it ran. We used the microwave twice and were told it was the messiest it had ever been found. The window in the bathroom was large which isnt an issue but it overlooked the deck and you could be easily seen by anyone out there while you are showering. I will note there is another bathroom which had more privacy. I was charged an additional 40 dollars because of the aforementioned messy microwave, not starting the dishwasher,and dirty countertops( which i wiped down myself so i know they weren't). This was after we stripped the bed as requested and emptied all the garbage cans and took it out to the bin outside.
