There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living-room with dining area and separate kitchen, outdoor grill, dinning and relaxing covered areas outdoor heated swimming pool and life size games ( chess, checkers and more). The heated pool is privately located in the back courtyard completely isolated from the neighbors site, along with the bbq grill area and a human size chess game (checkers inside the brown box ). There are 2 outdoor dining areas ( large dining table with 8 seats) by the bbq grill shaded by un umbrella and the covered porch with another 4 seats dining table and hang out area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and HD 55' Samsung Smart TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) with Samsung plus package (over 1500 channels) . The second bedroom has a queen-size bed that comfortably sleeps 2 guests. The third bedroom has 2 full size comfy beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub and is located on the hallway in between the second and third bedroom and can be easily accessed from the main living-room and the rest of the house. The living-room has a 65' HD Samsung Smart TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) with Samsung plus package ( over 1500 channels). The comfy sofa bed opens up to a queen-size, with memory foam mattress. There is a office-work space, in the living-room as well, with desk and ergonomic chair . The kitchen comes with: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and tea pot, completely utilized with everything you might need for cooking and dining at home. We provide some basics like: paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar and dishwasher detergent. The laundry-room has a washer and dryer and all cleaning supplies need it. There is a fire extinctor under the kitchen sink and a first aid kit in the cabinet above the fridge.

This AirBnB was just as pictured. We were impressed with how clean it was and how the kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed to prepare meals (although we could have used one more dishtowel!). Bathrooms were spotless and renovated. The tub was a little slippery so a bathmat or grip tape would be suggested. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this rental.
The house was perfect ! Clean and quiet , loved the heated pool ! And the swing in the backyard . Very accessible & the host was responsive .
Love the location, literally a 5 minute drive to the beach where there was plenty of parking and restaurants. The house was perfect, exactly as it is pictured. The backyard was probably my favorite part of the house, heated pool, and plenty of shade. We would definitely stay there again, such an easy trip with little ones.
Great location only wish for a dresser in the master bedroom and a bigger bathroom otherwise fabulous
From the moment we opened the door, we loved it! Furniture was arranged perfectly for the family to have spaces to gather, play games and eat. The kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed the backyard swings and chess - along with the pool, of course. There was ample seating by the pool and in the shade as well. The green space outback was a rare find but I found that the entire family gravitated to the nice tree swing. One thing that stood out to us was the added bonus of this host including shampoo/conditioner, ample toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and Bounce sheets. These extras were so helpful and made the stay even more relaxing for us. This was a great space for the family. Thank you so much!

We recommend driving around. There are parking spots on the driveway in front of the house ( one of them is covered). Uber and Lyft are other 2 reliable transportation options.
