Really perfect location for close to Windermere but still rural. We went with 2 other couples and a dog and there was plenty of space for us all. Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Plenty of food storage. Only downside when we originally booked there was a hot tub listed and pictured. This was removed when we were there but it didn’t take away from the trip. Beds comfy and showers good and clean. Would recommend and would use again.

A wonderful hide away, clean, comfortable and a good size. It was a wonderful stay the only downside was the expectation created in the listing of a hot tub which wasn’t fulfilled but otherwise a fantastic stay.

Excellent peaceful location. Property advertises a Hot Tub but was not one there and was not told this prior to our arrival🥲. The bbq is tiny not what you would expect at a holiday home could not cook a full bbq on it more like a disposable one. 🥲Think pricing needs to reflect the no hot tub aspect. Oven was not cleaned prior to our arrival and dining table felt sticky . Hot water ran extremely hot notices warning of this could prevent scalding . Fabulous entertaining open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. Well stocked with plates glasses etc. would consider staying again if either a hot tub was supplied or the price was lowered .

House was clean and looked nice. Beds were not comfortable, en suite was very small and the kitchen had a couple of utensils missing. Overall a nice place and I would recommend.

Tarn view - My family and I booked this Airbnb property to celebrate my mother's birthday, Nestled away just outside of Windermere. It was a beautiful house perfect size for 3 families. We all really enjoyed our stay. Only thing which was slightly disappointing there was no hot tub which was advertised on the listing and all the family was looking forward to going in it. Overall Stephen was a really good host and it was a beautiful place to stay with the family. Thank you
