Lee & his family are really lovely . They made us feel extremely welcome, & nothing was to much trouble for them. The cottage its self is very comfortable & well maintained. Plenty of place's too walk the dogs. And the local shopping centre is only a 10 min walk away. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We will miss Joanne & Ellen the friends we made from the cottage next door.

A nicely decorated cottage in a pleasant location. Positive: - Mr Lee had thoughtfully covered the outside yard so our dog kept dry even in the rain - free, off road parking - very comfortable main bed - peacocks roaming around - cottage is homely and nicely decorated - hosts very responsive when we needed things eg an iron - quiet area even though not far from motorways - good travel connections - green area a short walk from the cottage for dog walking and we found plenty of other good areas nearby Could improve: - WiFi isn’t great at peak times but 5G good - designed for 4 but may be tight downstairs as table in kitchen for 2 and sofas, whilst stylish, would not seat 4 comfortably. Worked perfectly for us as a couple though - dogs: would help to have a stair guard and perhaps thinks about bowls etc. We brought all our own stuff anyway but couldn’t keep the dog contained downstairs - would help to have a ‘house book’ with info such as WiFi ; bins; etc Enjoyable stay.
