This lovely cottage was quiet and peaceful during our week, and charming Annisquam was at its uncrowded best. We so enjoyed the patio. An info sheet or two on the property, the tv channels and workings , and the beaches and area would be the only suggestion. Lauren was outstandingly responsive, we were very grateful for that. A great stay, we will return next year.

Lauren's house is cozy, comfortable and updated with all the modern amentities you want (split systems, great bluetooth stereo, apple TV, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.) She was very responsive and helpful. The sauna was amazing and Annisquam is beautiful. A great place for a family vacation!!

I stayed at the Fish House for 6 months over the winter and it was perfect. The house is clearly a home and feels cozy and warm. The light is incredible, especially important in the winter. The location is beautiful with views of the river. It was well provisioned, clean, spacious, with tons of closet space. And Lauren was always a quick text message away if I needed anything. The only catch is that folks should realize this is an antique house and the stairs are steep and narrow. I would not recommend it for ppl with mobility issues. Otherwise, it’s perfect. There is even a dumb waiter to bring up groceries. Brilliant! Thanks Lauren!

Spent my wedding weekend here with family and friends. Cozy place with New England feels. Good for sunsets, relaxing, sauna, walking, etc. Would definitely book again. Wonderful neighborhood and a very friendly host. Worked well for entertaining as well.
