Our 2 bed Boathouse sits along the bank of River Wye in an AONB and has specular views across the river. There are plenty of activities/adventures to keep you busy! Including wild swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, climbing Yat rock , hiring bikes, woodland walks and fishing. Local market towns for all amenities, Monmouth 4 miles and Ross on Wye 8 miles. Our Boat House will give you the opportunity to unwind or just come for a fun filled adventure. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize velvet bed with a small single wardrobe for hanging clothes with shelves. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. There is an open plan living area which includes a large 3 seater sofa bed with a matching arm chair. The dining table seats 4 and we have a fully equipped kitchen. There is a cupboard on entrance for hanging coats which houses cleaning equipment, games and DVD’s. The shower room is situated off the main living area and has storage cupboards under the sink. Outside of The Boathouse there is a fenced off private garden with spectacular River views. Pleased be advised if you have very young children it would be better that they are supervised. You have access to an outside eating area garden furniture and even a fire pit with a log store.
