This AirBnB is stunning. The views are incredible. The space is lovely. It was an amazing place for our Sayulita vacation. We could hear the waves crashing while we slept! The plunge pool on the deck is a great feature – it is large enough that my teenagers still enjoyed swimming & playing games in the pool. The common area pools are also lovely & we had great pool afternoons hanging out there. (There is some construction happening next door to the pool & you can hear construction noises while lounging. But it wasn't overwhelming & didn't take away from the ambience too much.) The one warning I would give is the condo has thatched roof in the primary bedroom. If people are hanging out in the spaces behind the condo you can hear them as if they are inside the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue for you. Otherwise, this was a spectacular stay. I would definitely recommend!

I love reading reviews. TONS of stairs, if you're planning to bring anyone with challenges. I know the host replys quickly to this "oh theres only this many" or "oh their broken up". TONS of stairs, sloped walk ways. We are 22-53 years old fit athletic group & it was ALOT every day & every night! plus with groceries. yes, 'one' person helped. He was kind but theres only so much he could do. Photos match the house perfectly! Worth every penny to be secluded & away from downtown. Our hot water heater was off. Our electrical in kitchen was off, so having both of those ON for each arrival would be great. We took cold showers & had no breakfast as we had to get to our wedding welcome reception. I didnt like the maid & maintenance showing up at 10:50am. RUSHED us out. we wanted to sit outside for a few minutes before our 11am checkout. The private pool IS NOT heated, nor did it say it would be, BUT COLD!!! that was our biggest bummer. we didnt use it. Lower public pool is heated. Will refer.

Beautiful views and architecture! Loved the palapa with crows nest for tanning above the pool! Would recommend to those spending time in Sayulita!

Beautiful view of the ocean! We felt on top of the world! The pool was our favorite hang out spot. Beach is super close, but a golf cart is recommended to travel into town.

Our stay started out as 5 stars and ended as 1 star. The issue was with the airport shuttle and the communication ending after 2 days at the Airbnb. The host insisted on being the middle-man as it related to booking our airport shuttles and the costs associated. I was given a price after providing all my flight information (I was told to pay in full, in pesos, at time of pickup). After being dropped off, the driver insisted we pay him 400 extra pesos, which was not quoted to us or previously negotiated. Since I was not provided with a company name or contact for the shuttle company, I could not challenge this price increase. When I reached out to Chelsea and Brayan, neither of them responded. In fact, no one would write or call me back until nearly 5 days after my trip was over. I felt scammed. I WAS scammed. After my trip, the host mentioned she had her mom in town…. Well, that doesn’t mean you can go silent when you have guests relying on your information you insisted in controlling
