The only reason for 4 stars on the location was beach front would have made it a 5 star location. That being said the place was very spacious and plenty of extra equipment for anything we wanted to do. Me and grandkids used the kayaks and paddle bords in the banana river which was about 125 yards from the back yard. life vests paddles and everything we needed was there. Any questions we had were answered promptly and satisfactorily. Will definitely consider staying there again. Lori Wilson park provided good access to the beach but parking for the holiday weekend was tricky. Thank you Teresa for an enjoyable stay.

This is a great place! We had our family together for a pre-cruise gathering and this home was perfect! The location is easy to find and close to everything. The home is clean, well equipped, and Teresa is a very responsive host. Bonuses: THE POOL, home is very kid friendly (with an alert bell on the doors to the pool), and bicycles!! We all enjoyed our stay and I will definitely book again if we visit the Cocoa Beach area.

We had a great stay! Teresa was very responsive when a few small issues (bikes needed attention) came up. Even sent a bike repairman to come repair the bikes. The place was large with good spaces for the family to hangout. Pool was awesome and beds were very comfortable. Great location and plenty to do! Overall a 5 star stay!
