Our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a wonderful layout for both privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on one side of the house. The sitting room and kitchen create a tranquil atmosphere, while the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is private and secluded. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen, and we provide all the necessary bed linens, towels, as well as name-brand shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. CocOasis is incredibly close to the beach, making it a must-visit destination. Start by grabbing towels from the sitting room cabinet, and then head to the garage to access our collection of beach gear, including a rolling beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. After your beach adventure, rinse off the sand with a refreshing shower (With hot water!) on the pool deck. Enjoy! Our house features three smart TVs - one in the bonus room and one in each of the king bedrooms. Additionally, the bonus room offers a selection of board games and books for your entertainment. In the garage, you'll find a variety of games like axe throwing (plastic!), ping pong, Cornhole, and more. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there's plenty to keep you occupied indoors. Pool heater is set to 82 deg from November 1 through March 31 and there is a pool cover to retain heat in. We would appreciate your help in ensuring the cover is put on at night or when not in use. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit.
