Nicky’s farm house was perfect for our Bourbon Trail weekend. Conveniently located near all of the major distilleries, the property was a great place to unwind and get the true KY experience

Nicky’s cabin was pristine and filled with charm; the appointments were top notch and she was such a helpful host. The location was also AMAZING - a truly secluded location with an impeccably kept farm spread while also being just a few minutes from a VERY charming downtown area (great food and gelato!) within 5 minutes drive! I absolutely loved the back patio at sunset and will definitely be back for our next visit to the Bourbon Trail!

If you can book here you will be enchanted by the farm and historic buildings. The cottage is incredible and in pristine condition. Sitting on the front deck in a rocking chair or on the back porch watching the cows on the hills… magical! You are staying on a real Kentucky Ranch with the most beautiful surroundings you will ever find!
