This place was a dream stay. A beautiful and convenient location. The grocery, postal, shopping, fishing dock, etc. are all close. You are at the end of a quiet street right next to the beach access. It had plenty of room for eight people. It had a huge kitchen and the back deck is the spot to have your morning coffee. There is even a fish cleaning area in the carport. The only downfall for our family was that there are a lot of stairs getting into the house. We were traveling with my aging parents in their 80’s and disabled. They managed to get into the house and out once a day. The back deck was great for them. Other than that the house is a gem. Great stay.

House unsecured and unlocked when 3 women checked in. Put oldest woman in a bad head space. This place lacked basic supplies. It was BEYOND cheap. You get WAY more with a hotel. 1 roll of paper towels and only one cloth towel. Hardly enough for a week stay for a whole family. One washcloth, hand towel and towel per person. One of the major reasons we rent AirBnB's is to have a kitchen so we don't have to go out for every meal and so we can cook together. This kitchen had dishes that were no less than 40 years old and bizarre odds and ends that felt like people were just getting stuff out of their home. There was ZERO spices including salt and pepper. No saran wrap, ziplocs, aluminum foil. NOTHING. Two trash bags and you had to put them in the cans yourself. Home was very dusty and dirty, Vacasa was unresponsive to text, email and calls. Beach not visible due to dunes height. Neighbors can see in both sides of house. We would never stay here again. Stay next door.

This was a fantastic place to spend the week with my family. It was a beautiful location just steps to the ocean. We will be returning!!!

Overall it was a great stay! Loved the view, how close it was to the beach and the amenities worked well for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids for the week. There's some great restaurants and shops nearby like the Froggy Dog. Already thinking about going back again next year! The hosts were very responsive and sympathetic. We ran into an issue with the AC for the first two days, but they were on it. Things do break down, etc. and it's all in the recovery and how you treat people when it happens. They handled it all well.
