Beautiful, convenient, and the host was so responsive!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location was close to a number of eating establishments. Two fabulous restaurants were within walking distance. Beautiful beaches were nearby. The accommodations were exceptional. There were a number of stairs; however, they're worth it if none of the guests have issues with stairs. This was my first time using airbnb, and I will use it again because of this experience with Katherine. As soon as we walked into the unit my husband told me I did a good job.

We had such a wonderful stay! Katherine and Jerri were delightful hosts and so helpful with recommendations to local restaurants! Check in was super easy! There are great places to eat within walking distance (El Cigno Italian was amazing!) and a quaint downtown area with local shops just right across the street! The views from this stunning home are fantastic. The accommodations are spacious, yet cozy with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would possibly need and it’s so nice to have a washer and dryer available. We rented electric bikes from Pedago Bikes on Emerald Isle. It was such a fun way to explore the area. We also rented a pontoon boat (within walking distance of our place) and spent the day on the water. We even had beautiful beach towels, a picnic basket and ice chest to take along. Our hosts really think of everything to make your stay memorable, comfortable and fun! We can’t thank you enough!!!

Just as pictured in the photos! Katherine’s place was beautiful, and peaceful. It was so nice coming in after being in the sun to a relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention how clean and spacious it is. Thanks again for the hospitality. Will be back soon! -Shy

Beautiful condo at a beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. So close to all things Swansboro. We spent time in downtown Swansboro, swimming at the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding. The 4th of July fireworks were awesome to see from the water front.
