Maison et accueil au top Photos conformes. La maison est grande, propre, bien équipée et à une bonne literie. Tout est fourni : draps, serviettes de bain et de piscine. La climatisation fonctionne bien ainsi que la wifi. Il y a machine à laver, sèche linge et lave vaisselle. La piscine est grande (12mx4m et 1,5 m de profondeur partout). Elle est entretenue, même pendant le séjour. Il y a une cuisine d’extérieur très agréable et plusieurs balcons. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Ayant besoin de soins sur place, Emmanuela avait tout organisé. La personne qui est venu s’occupe aussi de la maison et est très gentille et serviable. Ils sont tous les deux très réactifs. A notre arrivée, un gâteau et du raki nous attendait + une déco avec les serviettes sur les lits. Nous recommandons d’aller manger à la Taverne du village. On y mange bien, pour 15/20 euros entrée plat et boisson. Nous trouvons également dans le village un café et une supérette. Un véhicule est nécessaire.

Such a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. There are 2 tavernas near and a shop which is great. You do need a car to get around if you want to visit places as it is outside of Heraklion.

Maison sympa pour Séjour à plusieurs familles , belle piscine, bon accueil, bonne literie, chat mignon à câliner😃… Un peu isoler mais conforme à nos attentes , restaurant dans village tés bien et petite épicerie … bref bon séjour 😀 Ps: manque quelques équipements pour cuisiner : plat pour four, égouttoirs pâte, cuillère en bois…

We are a family of five (three children aged 8 to 16). We really enjoyed this house for many reasons: - The house is large, clean, with everything provided (linen, cooking tools and products, cleaning powders), with an efficient air conditioning system - The pool is large in Cretan standards - There are lots of balconies and terrasses which are very comfortable to read / rest or have a barbecue - The village is small enough to be nice, free from tourist pressure, and there is a convenient restaurant (1), café (1) and shop (1). - The maintenance service is very efficient (the fixer arrives less than 30-60 minutes after sent by the property manager, which is also very efficient). - Heraklion is quite close (50 minutes driving or so - parking to parking). One negative point: There are few really interesting touristic attractions in the immediate vicinity of the village (you need to drive an hour or so to see anything great).

We are on holiday for 10 days in Pendamodi. The Villa and the service was outstanding. We were with a total of 6 people ranging in age from 15-80. We rented a car via the owners (and the property management company) and it was very smooth. The house was immaculatey clean and during our stay was cleaned once and was extremely thorough. The beds were really comfortable. Air-conditioning was present in all bedrooms and living room and worked really well. Wifi worked well even well enough to stream formula one :). The pool was great for teenagers, for smaller children there is no shallow end. Pendamodi itself is a welcoming village and make sure to eat at Giorgos taverna. It is a 2 minute walk. A car is a must if you want to do any siteseeing. Heraklion is about 30 minute drive as well as the airport. for groceries we went into Gazi for a hypermarkt which is also about 25 minute drive. In the village lthere is a small general store for essentials and for bread. We would absolutely recommend this Villa and Pendamodi.
