We had a wonderful stay at this property, the pool and AC system were cool - a great break from the Mexico sun! Each room has its own AC unit and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook including spices, oils and pots/pans. I will note that the bar is no longer stocked as pictured in the photos. Nice quiet community about 15min from the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen. Hector was extremely helpful throughout the process and every single one of his recommendations hit.

OVERALL GREAT STAY!! My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this Airbnb during a 5 day vacation to Mexico ( Myself,husband, 13, 19, and 21 year old). We spent the first 2 days at an all inclusive and the remainder of the time at this Airbnb. The house is as presented. It is clean and modern, complete with all the comforts needed to make you feel at home. The stocked bar is nice touch and we even left something on it for the next guest. The location is good, central to both Cancun and Tulum ( equal rides away, we visited both). The beach is nice, but it is not walking distance . There is also a chic beachclub over there and they give massages beachside for $40pp. The pool is amazing (we left pool floats in the garage for other guest to use).The neighborhood Is a bit confusing because it is still under construction and the house numbers are difficult to identify, one day we rode pass the house 3 times. Overall the neighborhood felt safe, it was gated. Also, the house has an alarm and it definitely works, I accidentally set it off while there, it is quite loud, so I was happy about that. Oh and it has a carbon monoxide detector. Check in was a bit bumpy at first. Partly my fault. I didn’t realize instructions asked that I contact someone else offline for check in. Once we made contact it was smooth. I was given early check in, which we appreciated and a full walk through of the house with instructions by Hector. At one point during the trip at midnight my husband locked us out of the laundry room and Hector came right over to help. We really appreciated his prompt and always helpful and courteous response. He even met us early on the day we needed to lave to collect the keys. I have only a few cons they are minor in my opinion: The poolside furniture is a bit dated showing signs of rust, still comfortable to use, but definitely ready to be updated. The windows in the first bedroom upstairs don’t lock and the window in the master bedroom closet doesn’t lock either. Safety can be a big issue for some, thankfully I travel with all men, so I generally feel safe, but I like to be able to lock everything. Lasly, just for your awareness, the gates ( there are 2 from the front that lead to the back, do not lock. This may be important if you are on girls group or solo traveler HAPPY TRAVELING

Our stay was absolutely perfect, the house is comfortable and the private pool was the best to enjoy with children. Adrian was very responsive and super nice!
