Wow!!!!!! There are no words to describe this place! Absolutely amazing! Steve and Hazel were fantastic hosts, always there to help if we needed anything. Location was perfect for us as we wanted peaceful and relaxing! Gorgeous cottages, I have a disabled husband so Sheldon cottage was perfect for us with a riser recliner chair and a fully equipped wet room. They even provided us with a shower chair and commode if we needed it. The honesty shop was amazing, full of lovely little treats. Ice cream went down a treat. Full use of the laundry … perfect location, out of the way but near enough to supermarkets if you need one. Highly recommend Wheeldon cottages… we will definitely be back! This is a hidden treasure and we have finally found our happy place. My husband has MND, so it’s perfect location to hide away from our busy life. Views were breathtaking… lovely little gesture of leaving a gift bag with milk, tea, coffee eggs butter, cookies and sweets. Thank you much Hazel and Steve :)

A fabulous rural location with great views but with the benefit of being close to tourist spots and popular towns. The cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable with lots of attention to detail. We will definitely return.

Wheeldon Trees is faultless. We stayed in Sheldon Cottage which has beautiful views over High Wheeldon and Earl Sterndale Valley. It was incredibly warm, comfortable and clean inside and catered to our every need. We found it a good location from which to explore a number of great Peak attractions. A very memorable stay and we would definitely return in future. Thank you to our excellent and thoughtful hosts.

Absolutely beautiful place in a breathtaking location. Heated floors and soft cozy furnishings encompass just the start to this gorgeous cottage. I would be honored to stay here again.
