Rob’s place was everything as described in the list, it was very clean & very comfortable, AC feels great to help with the heat when you not at the resort enjoying the ocean, pool & other accommodations offered where we spent most of our time at. Even the kitchen has everything you need that I did not expect for it to have to cook & grill your own meals.

The Seabrook's home is so comfortable, you have all the comforts of your own home all you need to bring is your personal belonging and groceries. The house was clean and ready for my visit. Enjoyed the ability to utilize Jaguar Reef's amenities and Hopkins is a warm and welcoming village. Rob reached out to me when I arrived and again after I left to make sure all was well. Rosie who manages the house in Hopkins was great and took good care of me. Looking forward in my return visit soon.

I stayed here with my wife and kids and we couldn’t be more happy! Rob was very responsive leading up the the trip, was able to give us great tips and suggestions, and was very friendly. Once we arrived, Rosie was equally helpful! Being able to use the amenities that the Jaguar Reef resort offered (the Big Dock, paddle boards, kayaks, pool, etc) at no additional cost was the icing on the cake. We were close to everything that we needed and loved our stay. I would 100% recommend Rob’s place. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is fairly new and is built beautifully with a nice layout and upscale materials and furnishings. It is less than a five minute walk from a great beach at The Jaguar Resort. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances and pots and pans you might need. We were reportedly the second ever Airbnb guests at the place as apparently the owners use it for part of the year and recently decided to use Airbnb for the times they are not there. Overall, the facility has great potential but has some rough edges and growing pains one might expect from a new Airbnb (and host). For example, the listing did not provide the exact address or directions, though we were able to find the place with a little bit of effort. The wifi worked well in the common areas but not the bedrooms. The house wasn’t quite ready at check-in: there was a ladder in the foyer (seemingly left over by someone who came for some repairs), the back patio furniture needed to be set up, and the house needed some cleaning. There was no hot water in the bathrooms (was fixed the next day). On the bright side, the owners have a local property manager who was very responsive and who cheerfully addressed the problems to result in a satisfactory stay in the end.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful part of Belize! The kitchen is very nice and really well stocked and has everything you could possibly need to cook at home, which we did for multiple meals. The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. It also has a nice back patio area for relaxing, reading or eating a meal! And it’s only about a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a very short drive to town and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay!
