Great spot in West Harlem! The room is spacious and had everything I needed to work remotely. The bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals. The apartment is one block from the 1 line, which was incredibly convenient. Jeff was very responsive and provided thorough instructions for everything in the apartment. 10/10 would recommend!

As a student in NYC for an internship, this apartment was perfect! The amenities and price make it great for long stays. The kitchen is very functional. The room is large with a desk, office chair, window AC unit, and TV. The closet has lots of hangers and a small dresser. Good Wi-Fi. It is a 5th floor walk up, which wasn’t a problem for me but something to consider if you have limited mobility. The neighborhood is good. It’s not super trendy or exciting, and there are some visibly mentally ill homeless people on Broadway. But I occasionally came home late at night and was never bothered by anyone nor did I ever feel unsafe at all (I am a man). There is a subway station very close by which is incredibly convenient for getting downtown. Jeff and his roommate are super nice, clean, and quiet. Jeff was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I had worried about sharing a bathroom with two other people, but it was never a problem. I would definitely stay again!

Gostei muito! Fiquei 2 meses e ficaria mais tempo. O apartamento e o quarto correspondem às fotos do anúncio e são bem confortáveis. O quarto tem tudo que você precisa (cabides, roupa de cama, usb para carregar os eletrônicos...). Jeff é atencioso e rápido em responder dúvidas ou resolver problemas (o que acho mais importante do que não haver problema algum, embora não tenha mesmo havido grandes problemas durante a minha estadia) O apartamento está sempre organizado e é limpo o suficiente (o banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais caprichado, mas nada que desabone o lugar) Tive toda liberdade para usar a cozinha quando quis, sem problemas. Fiquei bem a vontade. Os meninos (são 2 moradores) ficam pouco em casa e nossos horários não batiam muito então correu tudo bem tranquilamente, inclusive dividir o banheiro que era uma preocupação minha antes da hospedagem. A localização é boa, só um metro até o centro. Achei seguro inclusive para chegar mais tarde a noite. Enfim, recomendo!

Everything was just perfect during my stay at Jeffrey's apartment, from just before check-in (when Jeffrey provided me with some useful tips about what can be found in the neighbourhood) to checkout. Jeffrey's place is well suited for long stays. I stayed for 1 month, but everything is prepared for longer stays. For those who like to cook, I can say that this kitchen is the best equipped I ever experienced with Airbnb. Moreover, Jeffrey was always very helpful and caring. The location is great, with a line 1 metro station within less then 2 min. The neighbourhood is quiet - I have never had any trouble sleeping. Riverside Park is really close, which is great for those who like to run or walk before/after a working day. Summarising, I will definitely try to come back to Jeffrey's place when coming back to NYC.
