The house is simple, spacious and cozy for a group or family of 4 looking for comfortable accommodation on a budget, who do not need air conditioning. You will have two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a large kitchen where you can prepare Tuscan specialties or your favorite dishes! Enter in the apartment and the hallway takes you to the living area. On the left you find the two bedrooms, usually both are double but one can be prepared with two single beds. The large closets allow you to stay for longer periods while enjoying Florence from a very central location. The living room has a sofa and a 40-inch TV and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a window overlooking the characteristic interiors of old Florentine residential areas. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, and you are provided with towels, soap and shampoo, and hand towels.
