Lovely stay. Location is perfect just enough to be out the hustle and bustle of busy York but close enough to be able to get there in a short time. House was lovely and beds were comfy. Will deffo go back if we return to York.

Lovely stay at Jeans charming cottage. The lounge in particular is a lovely place to relax after a day pounding the pavements in York. The location is perfect for accessing the bargain P&R and bus network which makes accessing anywhere in York easy and cost effective. No need to park near the centre! Would definitely consider staying here again when we next visit the York area.

We had a lovely visit to Sand Hutton. A very peaceful and rural location, but very close to the park and ride into York City centre. The property was lovely and clean with a calming aura. The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely surprise of fresh croissants, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. There is plenty of storage for clothes and a good size bathroom. The lounge is very spacious and relaxing. A great place to wind down after clocking up the steps around York. There is handy parking for one car next to the cottage. There are also a couple of restaurants about 2-3 miles away or a large M&S food store at the park and ride. We have an electric car and there were plenty of rapid charge points also at the park and ride. We would definitely visit again.

What a beautiful place in a wonderful location, absolutely brilliant stay thank you so much! The lounge area was wonderful, and as we stayed over Christmas it was decorated and made to feel tastefully Christmassy. I wound recommend for anyone wanting a lovely comfy stay in a beautiful home in a wonderful location.

We had a lovely stay at Jean's. Jean had left us some milk and croissants as we weren't checking in until late. The bungalow was clean and had all amenities listed.
