Very close to The Big House; beds are comfortable. Many steps and street parking. Loved having a washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms!
We had a wonderful stay here in Ann Arbor. The 4M team was easy to reach and super accomodating. The only thing that stood out upon arrival was a faint smell of Cannabis and we noticed small bugs in the windowsills, and corner of bedrooms on the bottom floor. Also - the bathroom upstairs did not have any towels or hand towels. The kitchen was clean and up to date which was appreciated.
Wonderful place!
This was our third time staying at a 4M Team property, and we’ve always enjoyed our experiences because the locations are good, the apartments have been very clean and well-equipped, and the 4M Team responds quickly when any issues arise. The rooftop deck is a great feature of this townhouse.
