Second time staying here - love it!
We have been to the Chipmonk Hollow about 4 times now. We LOVE this place! We do a friend cabin trip every year; this is our favorite cabin to stay at. Very cozy and spacious. Beautiful property with a creek, woods, tree house, and outdoor shower. Games, puzzles, record player, and wood burning stove. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
Almost all positive things to say about this listing! The space is a beautiful old farmhouse with tons of character. The main level is all shared space oriented around a big fireplace and dining area. Great for socializing, cooking, and games. Upstairs is essentially all bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and spices. I think one of the owners has a ceramics line - we loved the bowls, plates, and cups. The Roland synth was a nice touch. Good selection of records (but trending heavily towards bands/singers). Probably would not recommend the place for sensitive sleepers. No real sound insulation between the two floors and the mattresses were not super comfortable.

We are a creative Brooklyn family, that likes all things heavy, rusted and industrial. Our travels have included some amazing adventures including motorcycling around Cuba, honeymooning in Croatia & Budapest, traveling for work to Paris, London, Hong Kong, and India, and visiting every flea market in Berlin. Our longest trip was three months of camping, learning to surf, and biking around Kauai. Our favorite place to visit that is slightly closer to home is Marfa, Texas we just love the ocd creative collections of Donald Judd. Our homes and design style is a collection of all of our travels and life experiences.
