Overall location and neighborhood are great plus John was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed him for some items that were not in the house. However for the nightly rate, we would have liked to have had a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen was missing bowls, mixing bowls, decent pots and pans, only had three coffee mugs and neither the fridge water dispenser nor the reverse osmosis water spout in the sink worked. Additionally for the price I would expect much more comfortable beds that didn’t squeak with every little movement. Again, John was super helpful and fast acting and we had a great time in the house, but overall we overpaid for what we got.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It was beautiful, clean and a bike ride to the beach and pier. The set up was perfect for our group. My daughter rode her bike around the neighborhood. It was really a perfect weekend thanks to this house!

This is a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood with great access to so much, including the beach. There were a few minor items I would have expected in the kitchen that were not there, but nothing a quick drive to the store didn't solve. Loved it!

Our family stay was Memorable congregating with a nice floorplan to offer spaces inside and out..the yard was very private and real grass! neighborhood was nice for our walks. John was on top of questions and handled any request promptly, on top of being flexible with check in and out..really appreciated him as a host!

We stayed for the weekend. Home was nice and clean with spaces set up comfortably for everyone to hang out. Very close to the beach and neighbors are super friendly. Backyard offered another area for us to sit and enjoy the weather while our pups loved running around on the grass. Plenty of places to eat or just a few blocks away from the nearest grocery store. We had a great time because of the home and the location. We will definitely look to return in the future to Huntington Beach but also wouldn't mind staying here again. This place is a great place to stay at and John was very accomodating.
