Place is managed by old couple who are friendly and ready to help us(my wife, baby and me). Place is exactly like pics. Location is easy to find. Good Cafés and Restaurants are not in walkable distance but the beach is at walkable distance. Zomato is delivering to this place. Kitchen stinks sometimes but can be managed if you are not using it.

Great location! We really enjoyed our stay in Mr. Raichura’s place. He and his wife were the kindest host with an absolutely fantastic experience of enjoying both Pondicherry and Auroville. This place is a great spot for a retreat. Very peaceful and amazing.

I had an amazing stay at Mr CJ Raichura’s property. He was very helpful since the moment I booked my stay. I reached a lot earlier than my check-in time but he ensured that the room was ready to check into by around 10 am. He also let us rent his scooty for a very nominal cost (Rs. 250 per day which you won’t find elsewhere). That made things much easier for us as travelling via autos/cabs in Pondicherry can be quite difficult and expensive. The room was clean with an attached washroom. The common areas and the kitchen were nice and as displayed in the photos. (He has a separate entrance for his guests and gives you keys to access the property at your own will - this gives you a lot of flexibility and freedom). Overall, my stay at his property was comfortable. He is truly devoted to his role as a host and ensures that you face no difficulties.
