This place was perfect for our family which included 4 children under the age of 5. It isn't fancy and could use some updates and repairs but for our needs it was just what we needed. It was a short 5 min walk to a great family safe beach and a 10 min walk to the adorable town of Hanalei. You seriously cannot beat the location! The 2 master bedroom suites provided privacy from the rest of the group and allowed all of us to have quiet time when needed. The outdoor shower was key after a day on the beach and it was so wonderful having ample beach towels available as well as boogie boards, snorkel equipment, bikes, beach wagon, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. We also loved the hot tub on those cooler rainy days. If you are planning to have late night parties while in Hanalei, this is not the place for you. That is not what we had planned for our vacation which worked out for us as there are very strict rules about noise after 9pm. Hosts were upfront about the rules at booking

Our stay in the rainbow house was incredible Susan was an amazing host. The house had everything our group needed. We had five toddlers staying and it was perfect. They have every beach toy you could ever need and the location was perfect. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back 🌈🌺🌴

If you want a house close to Hanalei Beach will also walking distance to restaurants coffee shops in the downtown life. This is it. The expensive floor plan with private suites and even a cute little hot tub made this place fuel like home but also give enough privacy for larger families. The communication with the host was fantastic. If we had any issues, they were right on it and the place was very clean. Tons of things to do at the house and views of the mountains off the front porch.

Perfect location (easy walk to town and the beach) and lots of space. We were very grateful for the chairs, cooler and wagon.
