Paper Mill Pines was a lovely place to stay. We were only staying one night (the Sycamore Room). We booked this place because we were visiting Ricketts Glen State Park for the day and a few stops on the way to Bloomsburg the next day. The owners keep the home so clean & the outside so peaceful. Donna’s attention to detail is something I loved, can’t name all the things she thought of! I admire her decorating, too! The little common area upstairs near the rooms was always accessible and quite cute—Coffee, little cans of soda, and some snacks were free for the taking up there & stools to sit on to take in the view out back were a nice touch. Other guests were in the home, but we only saw them at breakfast. The room didn’t have a rack/stand to put your suitcase/bags on, but there was a chair in the room. The bathroom lighting could’ve been brighter. But, overall, a great place to stay! We enjoyed a nice conversation after breakfast with Donna & her husband, Al. Good people, those two! :)
We loved our stay at Paper Mill Pines. Donna and her husband were friendly and welcoming. The B&b was clean, cozy, and inside and outside was very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend to friends, and we would stay there again if we’re back in the area.
This is an excellent choice for any traveler seeking a comfy, hospitable experience in the country. The setting is off the beaten path but we’ll worth it. Donna has impeccable taste in decor inside and outside, taking into consideration the needs of guests. The breakfast is fabulous!
This was a lovely bed and breakfast. Everything was as described in the listing. Breakfast was great, and property was beautiful. Great place to stay if you are visiting Ricketts Glen.
