Very clean and well appointed! As two couples sharing this space, we really enjoyed how spacious it is and we appreciated that it has two full bathrooms. The bedroom air conditioning was such a treat when we’d finished exploring each afternoon, as was the balcony. It is really well located and very walkable if you want to explore San Ignacio on foot. There are all kinds of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as all sorts of tour options. Ajaw Chocolate is directly across the street and worth a visit! As other reviewers have mentioned, this AirBnB is up a hill, so we did as we saw the locals doing and took our time walking back. Hannah was a great host, very responsive to messages and recommended an excellent tour operator for our visit to Tikal.

The cozy description might make you think the place is small. It is not! Hannah's place was very spacious - huge kitchen, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Would be perfect for 2 couples and 2 singles. It has tons of storage and an office-type area, which could be great for a long stay. Though it's not exactly walkable due to the steepness of the streets, it's literally a 5 minute drive to center of town where you'll find the best restaurants, ice cream shops and the biggest farmer's market in Belize. Hannah was very responsive when I couldn't find the house (Purely user error!) One of the A/Cs may have seen better days but it worked and pics are accurate. Neighbors were a bit lively at times but beds were comfortable and we felt safe and secure. We also awoke to a tree full of green parrots in the tree next door each morning. What a great way to start your Belizean day!

Very comfortable stay for our family in a clean and spacious apartment. Communication was very good. Check in and check out very easy. Kitchen is well equipped. Air con worked well.

Hannah's place was really spacious, clean, and perfectly located (without it being noisy), with a great balcony ! She was a great communicator and we really enjoyed our stay there, we recommend :)
