Our lovely home welcomes you with vaulted ceilings in the open kitchen/dining/living room. The remodeled kitchen with granite throughout including an island with breakfast bar and plenty of natural light invites cozy brunch, lunch & dinners. Less than a mile to Open Space Hiking at South Boulder Creek and just 3 miles from beautiful hiking in the Flatirons (mountains) at Chautauqua park ! We also have a large dining table- great for families and friends to meet and eat together! We have central air conditioning in our home. The spacious family room has plenty of comfy sitting area with streaming service, Xbox/Blue ray player, and a 55” flat screen Smart TV. We also have a piano for your enjoyment. The upstairs floor has two bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - one bedroom with a queen size bed and attached small master bathroom. The other bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination upstairs. The basement/lower level features a workout space (or playspace).
