Brand new for 2023 – enjoy your stay in our recently renovated three-bedroom house in Swanage. The house and garden have been updated to a very high standard, with stunning views towards the sea and the Purbeck Hills. Less than 0.4miles to the beach and all the amenities that Swanage can offer we are ideally located and everything is within walking distance. There is plenty of space for 6 guests and a large terrance garden with stunning views to enjoy the better weather. No pets – sorry. Clements House has three bedrooms, offering a king-size bed, a double bed and twin beds. There is a bathroom with separate shower, bath and twin sinks, plus a separate downstairs shower/utility room. The master bedroom enjoys panoramic views across the Purbeck Hills and towards the sea. Bed Linen is provided for all three bedrooms. Downstairs offers a large lounge-diner comfortably seating six. The kitchen is large and modern, offering all of the appliances which you would expect, including a wine-cooler, air fryer and boiling water tap. Off the kitchen is the downstairs shower room/utility. The lounge has a smart TV connected to BT, with and access to the Internet for you to log in to your favourite apps. The stunning views can also be seen from the dining area patio door and the kitchen window. Downstairs and at the front of the house is a study with desk, chair, 32-inch UHD monitor and USB-C hub connected to a keyboard and mouse. This is ideal for those who, while wanting to get away, also want to stay in touch. One of Clements House’s best features is the view and, when the weather permits, you can enjoy it from the terraced garden too. At street/house level, there is a composite decked balcony-style terrace, where you can enjoy drinks while taking in the views and the sounds and sights of the Swanage railway. Down to the next level, you’ll find a formal dining area with barbecue and outside kitchen space. Further round to the side is a casual seating area. On the third level is the lawn and an area where two sun loungers catch the sun.
We were six people with an infant who stayed at Andy and Alex's place for 3 days. Nestled in heart of Swanage, this Airbnb surpassed our expectations in every way. The interior was exquisitely decorated with high-end finishes, showcasing impeccable attention to detail. The views from the deck and master bedroom were breathtaking, adding to the charm of the space. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. If you're seeking a luxurious retreat with stunning views and attentive hosts, this Airbnb is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
We had great weather in Swanage, but this is a house we'd have felt very comfortable hanging out in all day. The views from the main bedroom and living room are stunning. It's spacious, stylish, very clean and a lot of thought went into the appliances. We stayed with our 13 month old daughter and really appreciated the children's lock on the cleaning supply cupboards. The heating works brilliantly. Andy & Alex replied within minutes to any questions. The Black Swan pub just a few metres away has great food and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. Despite being on the highstreet the property is quiet and we found free parking in the area. It's possible to unload just infront of the door. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed at Clements House over Easter 2025. The house exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the views out the back. The house was spotlessly clean, well finished and a perfect holiday home. Great location with just a short walk down to the beach, which we did every evening. The hosts were super quick and helpful in their responses. Would highly recommend.
Wow we have just come back from a gorgeous Easter weekend away at this beautiful house. As soon as you walk in the house is immaculate and so clean and fresh but also you feel very at home. The view is amazing and the house has everything you need. We managed to park outside the house a couple of times. If you can’t there’s a car park just up the road. The house is in a fantastic location and you can walk to the seafront in 10 minutes…. Communication with the owners has been so easy and they have been very helpful with recommendations. We will definitely be booking again this year.
Located in the Swanage Conservation area and an AONB. We are less than 0.4 miles from the beach with stunning views towards the sea, Isle of Wight, and near 180 degree view the Purbeck Hills
Clements House is a short walk to one of the best food pubs in Swanage the Black Swan. Just up the road is a Chinese Takeaway and the local convenience
store.
Walking into town gives access to the Beach, numerous restaurants, shops, and of course the Swanage railway and many walks to choose from. When you come to Swanage you really don't need to move the car.
Parking is on street free of charge with some spaces right opposite. You will be able to unload right outside with more information provided in the welcome pack.
