We had a beautiful week. We worked some, we played a lot, we really relaxed. The large open living room was our favorite place to hang out. Comfortable and light. Kitchen was perfect for us--we cook almost all of our meals. Great variety of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also, the beach was a hop, skip, and a jump away. The week was truly delightful. We loved it.

This was our second visit to Ryan's place. We love the area and Ryan's house. Everything is as described. Ryan and his wife Colleen were absolutely wonderful to communicate with. We had a few things come up during our stay, and Ryan came out to address them while trying not to disrupt our time there. He and Colleen were very helpful and hospitable. We'll be back.

Ryan's home is spacious, comfortable, close to the beach and had everything we needed. The dunes are pretty big, so carrying a lot of gear to the beach was a workout. Ryan was super gracious and extended our visit due to a medical emergency. The medical staff at the Outer Banks hospital provided wonderful care and it's only a 30 min. drive from the house. Ryan is quick with communication and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at Ryan's place. Don't forget to bring your own towels and sheets.
