Exactly what I needed! Amy’s place is extremely peaceful. Birds and the river were the only sounds heard. Both the inside and outside are well cared for and clutter free. Comfortable furniture, nice linens and great water pressure were very much appreciated. If you plan on eating in there is a microwave and mini fridge inside and a grill outside. Coffee/creamer were provided and was delicious. Communication was spot on! I will definitely return.

Great place to stay in a great town. The relaxing sound of the waterfall in the river behind the house was an added plus for this location. Beautiful spot on the river, very close to town, and about a mile from the Damascus brewery, in case you need to walk home. Everything was easy and the host was extremely helpful and always responsive. Will stay here again when in the area.

Amy’s Airbnb was super clean. Pictures were accurate as was description. Beautiful setting right on the water. Bed was comfy. Convenient for the VA Creeper! The noise from the Airbnb adjacent is annoying at best so be prepared for that. We felt like we had to whisper to not be heard since we could hear them very clearly. Good to know that you should bring some paper products and plastic ware/disposable coffee cups(some were provided but not enough)!since your only resource to wash is the bathroom sink.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect location for coming to ride the Virginia Creeper.
