Ethan was a great host. My daughter was in LA for the first time starting a new job after graduating from college. Ethan made her feel at home from the start. The space felt very safe and secure, immaculate, and in the perfect location. Ethan was very responsive to any and all needs, and our family really appreciated knowing that with everything she had going on. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

Ethan is definitely absolutely the best ABNB host I have ever dealt with in my 6 years of using ABNB. He is friendly; responsive; polite and an absolute joy to deal with. The apt is an absolute delight to stay at. I stayed there for two months and absolutely loved it. The unit is like a brand new construction with ALL amenities you might ever need. I will stay at Ethan’s place in my two stop in USA for a total of 3-4 months; per year for Ever !

We can’t say enough about Ethan and Naomi’s hospitality! They were very attentive while always respecting our privacy. Great, great hosts! My husband and I stayed for 31 days and loved it as a cozy, upgraded pied a terre Everything you may need was accessible and made the stay comfortable. Ethan built with upgraded appliances (the refrigerator doesn’t make running noises! A great addition since it is a studio space. The other surprises were the washer/dryer which is one unit changing from the washer cycle to dryer cycle when you program it! The desk also rises to standing level at a touch of the button. The space planning is so great that we had places to store everything easily! We chose to walk everywhere so we didn’t have a car but there is dedicated space for a car for this unit. The front is gated.we were given automatic openers to get in and out. As I said this is very walkable to Toluca Lake, North Hollywood and further out to Burbank. Loved it!

I loved staying at Ethan’s place for 3 months! It’s a studio that’s completely up to date and the location is great! Ethan was very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions I had or to take care of anything that I needed. Very clean upon arrival and he even had it cleaned for me a few times throughout my stay. Also loved having my own parking spot!
