Even though the hotel is above the pub it was very peaceful in the room. The views were lovely and tranquil. The manager made sure we had all we needed and made us feel very welcome. Tasty breakfast was included and the service was second to none. Thank you very much

We had a fantastic stay at the Little John Hotel! The room was brilliant - spacious, clean, and just what we needed. We enjoyed meals at the pub downstairs both nights, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. A huge plus for us was that both the Airbnb and the pub were dog-friendly. Our two dogs were welcome everywhere, which made the trip even more relaxing. For walkers, this Airbnb is perfectly located! Arriving by train, we found it just a short walk from the station. We even used the Airbnb as a base for some fantastic walks, tackling both Stanage Edge and Lady Bower directly from the doorstep. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!
