Delightful static caravan set approx 300m from the beach in a quiet area of Valley Caravan Park. It has all ammenities including; Bedding, Crockery, towels, gas fire, on demand boiler, TV with DVD player, Wifi and plenty of storage. 3 self contained bedrooms so great for a family of 5 or 6. Easy to walk to the famous Polzeath beach carrying your wetsuits and beach stuff. Or pop to the local shops Brilliant location on a very family friendly site. Childrens play area and onsite bar for parents Lovingly looked after. A selection of wetsuits and surfboards to use. Fold-up chairs for sitting outside. A wind-break for your beach trip. Gas fire and a heater in every room.

A perfect, clean and comfortable spacious caravan in a lovely quiet site.
Gillian’s mobile home was comfortable, well equipped and in such a great location - less than 5 minutes walk from the sea. An issue with the fridge/freezer was resolved quickly by the ever-friendly site owner, Martin. We can’t wait to re-book for next year.

Perfect caravan near the beach!
Stone throw from the beach, has everything you need in the kitchen & bathroom/shower room. Easy access to the shop & there’s a great chippy up the road! Heating worked a treat & the caravan was very clean

Lovely village with a selection of restaurants to suit all budgets. Fresh pasties and bread baked at the local Spar which 300m away. Great fish and chip shop that is always popular. On the site itself there is a bar, childrens climbing and play area. Ducks and rabbits come to the door for some bread in the mornings.
Bus stop at entrance to site. Buses to Wadebridge, Bodmin, Newquay and St Ives.
Taxi service available in village, approx £30 each way to Bodmin Parway station that has direct trains to / from London

I've been going to Polzeath since I was a child. I even had my 10th birthday on the beach. After my daughters were born we longed to own a static caravan on Valley Caravan Park having spent so much time there. All three of our daughters adore Polzeath and our lovely Caravan!
