Market View in Longnor was ideally placed for hikes straight from the front door, and a corner shop, cafe, pub and fish & chips takeaway all within a few minutes' walk. Despite the local amenities, the property was quiet and peaceful, particularly the first floor sitting room which has two aspects, one over the village centre. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare the occasional meal, and it was clear it would be ideal for a week or two's get-away. Our long Bank Holiday stay was still all we could have hoped for, and we'll definitely be back. Side note, the 7kW charger was a bonus (extra charge), and it was helpful to leave with a full charge in the morning. A perfect choice for a couple staying in Longnor.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Longnor. The house is perfect for a couple, despite the low ceilings upstairs there is heaps of space, and everything you need for a proper get-away in a truly stunning part of the world.

Charming period cottage that has been modernised to the highest standard inside while retaining original features. Within driving distance of all the well-known attractions of the Peak District but it also has some lesser known hills nearby that are within walking distance of the cottage such as Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill.

From the moment we walked in we were so delighted with the place. with 3 floors and cosy surroundings we had a really lovely time. it had everything we needed and was so close to the beautiful views of the peaks - it felt like a dream out of reality. Originally the address got us a bit confused as we thought it was a house on the other side of the road (Google maps directed us to a different house) but Joe responded to our concerns immediately and sent someone to rescue us. From then on there was absolutely no problems Thank you very much!
