The place was very spacious for my family and I. The beach and pool were walkable distance. The airbnb supplied beach chairs, balls and a boogie board which my son absolutely loved ! My second day there my misplaced the apartment key but the host was very responsive and was able to get us a key quickly. The airbnb is in a gated safe place and i will definitely recommend if you are traveling with family.

The apartment was super! The terrace was amazing! Big and comfy, however, keep in mind if you are going to rent in Loiza there is a shortage of water. I wish someone had told me this before, so I could have been more careful. I was very careful with the A/C units in each bedroom despite of the heat but I would have appreciated if someone told me about the problem with the water. I stayed one day and a half without water. We had to brush our teeth with water bottles. When I contacted the host to complain about the water, her reaction was not acceptable, she responded in a manner like if it wasn’t her problem and ended the conversation with BYE! After I told her that I wanted part of my money back, she acted quickly and was able to get the water tank fullI. I am thankful that we were able to get water into the tank but then the pump wasn’t working. My brother in law was able to fix the problem and we were able to shower after a day and a half without water. Next time, I will rent a hotel room.

Ivonne made the check-in process a breeze and she was very accommodating with our needs. The Airbnb is right next to the private beach and the view at night time is gorgeous.

Very nice and safe especially if they bring children. As shown in the photos is the reality. Equidistant from the most important destinations on the island. The location of the apartment facing to the sea is the best. It was definitely the best option to bring my family on vacation to Puerto Rico.

Amazing stay!
