Easy 5 stars all around! Jay was a great host - always responded timely, had very clear, detailed instructions both via the app and in the house. The space was extremely clean. I usually bring indoor slippers with me while traveling but they stayed in my suitcase this entire stay. Jay has really put some effort into understanding his guests’ needs. Things are strategically laid out to maximize space and utility. Theres just enough frill to make it homey. He’s thought through all the necessities. Working remotely? There’s a laptop bed tray. Heating up food but don’t want to eat on the bed? There’s a fold out table and chair. All of which are still tucked away, out of sight, taking up minimal real estate. Seriously - bravo to you, Jay!

Easy secure parking. Quiet. Comfy bed. HVAC. Deluxe bathroom. Bedroom is accessed from a hallway also used by host family to enter home. Bathroom is off the same hallway. Bedroom door has combo lock.
